4.3 Recording of Events
This event may be recorded (audio, video, photography). By attending, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or otherwise recorded. Socialmeet Meritocracy Club reserves the right to use your likeness, voice, and name in any media or format for promotional, marketing, or educational purposes.
4.4 Use of Name or Photo
If you do not want your name or photo to be used, please notify us in advance. We will do our best to respect such requests, but we cannot guarantee the removal or editing of your image or voice if you choose to speak or appear during a recorded session or in public forums hosted by Socialmeet Meritocracy Club.
5. User Conduct
