In general terms, this article shows a newly launched community and presentation as the 1st DAO of Women of NEAR Protocol called “She is Near” that “says” to pursue empowering Women, not bullying women, encouraging women to speak out and also pursuing Transparency, however in our case. I don’t know why is relevant to mention some of my KPIs to SheIsNEAR when they don’t mention clear KPIs either, but I do because She is Near post publically in its X account that we never show KPIs. I mean our influence and our proposal for MERITOCRACY is not for people who already are in NEAR, is the opposite is to connect with people who haven’t built in NEAR or WEB3 yet, and our focus is to attract Businesses to WEB3. We clarified this point because we see that She Is Near mentions that some of their KPIs are attract people who are already in the NEAR ecosystem and look like mainly their friends or themselves that I guess they have known each other for a long time and if it is the case as an expert in Marketing I don’t know what is the impact of that for NEAR? well, I guess the people who approved those proposals are able to answer that not me! All those strange tweets on the account on “X’ of “She Is Near” started when I asked for an Investigation about Hack issues in #SheIsNEAR, to some people of the NEAR Ecosystem on X
I ask for an investigation because they announced that the telegram of SHE IS NEAR was hacked and no one can access to info there. I was waiting to see if they could find a solution and then they announced that the hack issues were solved, so I entered, but I was still without access, but additionally another Telegram chat when members of SHE IS NEAR coordinate Partnerships were deleted, and texts from Sharufa, Sarah, Reespect, Shalini, me and other women who coordinated partnerships for #SheIsNEAR there were gone as well and also were delete all the members of this chat. As a result, I was worried that this community of Women was still hacked, so I asked for help from as many people in the NEAR ecosystem as I knew because it is not acceptable that this massive attack on a women’s community and deleting of a lot of texts that can affect the transparency of SHE IS NEAR (but fortunately I have many screenshots of relevant information about Transparency and also the link on my phone as evidence of this additional chat that was deleted) THAT’S WHY I TAGGED MANY PEOPLE OF THE NEAR ECOSYSTEM and here some of my relevant Tweets about that:

I was part of the Core team of “She is NEAR” as you can see my face in the approved meeting with HoM from #NDC. I have spent many hours on its creation, I have dozens of pieces of evidence of that, this one is just an example: https://t.me/MeritocracyWomen/4247 and also in the recent proposal approved in gov.near.org of** “SHE IS NEAR” ** in this link my name appears at the end of the proposal **”We have core members which include: Johanga, Chloe, Sharufa, Dabbie, Sarah, Lex, Blessed, Jane, Marilyn, Reespect, Tabea, Klara, and others” **here is the source https://gov.near.org/t/approved-she-is-near/36674. Then, those women deleted and change documents and budgets constantly and the schedule of meetings as well, we have a lot of screenshot about that because it was constantly.
I found it strange when I asked for help from the NEAR ecosystem to investigate the hack attack on SHE IS NEAR, the CM of #SheIsNEAR smiled and put thumbs up when Cameron said “I’m sorry to hear this but I don’t see any tangible way that I can help :/” https://x.com/CameronDennis/status/1726966119700086911?s=20 Cameron is part of HoM, not part of the Transparency Commission and he said in a nice way that he can’t help, and that is fine, it is not his responsibility and at least he answered back, because all the women deserve a respectful response in a community that is supposed to RESPECT and APPRECIATE WOMEN FOUNDERS and encourage TRANSPARENCY, OPEN WEB. I lead 3 communities of WEB3, so if I had a hack attack and someone asked for help to investigate (with screenshots) I would be the 1st person to support this and not celebrate when is not possible to help as the CM of SHE IS NEAR did. Then Johanga who is part also of the Commission of TRANSPARENCY liked this strange replay of the CM of SHE IS NEAR for NO HELP (for me it is strange that this poor management of social media in a community that is supposed to empower women to speak out when I asked for help to investigate the hack that was suffered by #SheIsNEAR ???).
Additionally, I kind of worry about the Transparency Commission of NDC because after that I received a DM from one of the women of #SheIsNEAR that Johanga was involved in strange voting in the first election of #NEAR under the number 937. I informed and expect an investigation because many suspicious activities appeared around #SheISNEAR and because #NEAR says we should advocate for #Transparency right? And the CM and Johanga of #SheIsNEAR instead of supporting this investigation for its hack, made fun of this on X. This doesn’t make sense, and seems that they don’t really want help with the investigation for their hack and instead try to attack me as I did something wrong for asking for help for the investigation to SheIsNEAR hack that is very weird, and mentioning in its X account try to diminish my Startup and me as a Woman Founder with a tweet like this: https://x.com/sheisnear23/status/1727591700917362726?s=20 and mention a number of money, KPIs, and date out of context without making any sense. This is what I receive for asking for help with the investigation of their “HACK’???, so strange, additionally, they talk like they are speaking for MDAO or NF in their official X account She is NEAR, like is prohibited for a woman entrepreneur promote her startup, apply to MDAO, NF or apply to whatever woman entrepreneur wants, **SUCH A GREAT WAY TO EMPOWER FOUNDER WOMEN (and in my case who was also part of the core team of SHE IS NEAR) ** and I don’t know if MDAO and NF authorized to SheIsNear X account talking for them like they did here: https://x.com/sheisnear23/status/1727591704700543043?s=20 , because my proposal to the NEAR Foundation in December 2021 was successfully approved, we won a grant from NF from a strict evaluation by the team in Switzerland and London, we successfully finished the Milestones that we offered to NF and it was absolutely correct and that is why NEAR has the MERITOCRACY Plugin that connects NEAR with WordPress (43% of the Internet are WordPress websites)

We are really concerned about this strange behavior around #SheIsNear and also how our Hispanic community has almost no representation in NDC Governance and for that reason we also mention our Tweets in Spanish (the second most spoken language in the world and if you cannot understand, it demonstrate that we need more REAL Hispanic representation in NEAR Governance, because we know that some digital nomads say to be Hispanic, but not only do they not understand the language well, and also most importantly don’t understand the idiosyncrasy and the way to connect with the Hispanic community:
Finally, other whistleblower sent me a DM telling me that one of the women from the core team of “She is Near” was in charge of the NDC Campaign, another woman was a contractor to be an interviewer at NDC and there are 3 others who work. together in the same project with the woman who was in charge of Marketing at NDC, together they voted for themselves and decided what they wanted because they would always have the majority of the votes. The rest of us (at least me) don’t know them and I haven’t had any projects with them and I don’t have any previous connection with NDC. There seems to be a conflict of interest in the votes that they held, and conveniently, the hacker deleted messages of evidence. It is very suspicious, but fortunately, I have dozens of screenshots about suspicious activities and I informed this community because I think all communities have to have transparency and always be open to investigation in an OPEN WEB context to function as a DAO. I informed the stakeholders here openly and in #BOS (Blockchain) because I think it is the right thing that all women should do in order to create a community with transparency where women can speak up and speak out openly and freely and ask for investigation if see suspicious activities, that will be very bad if whatever blockchain doesn’t advocate for investigation
